“Who Do You Trust!” Isa. 7

We exercise faith every day. When you go to a physician for a health issue, you have faith that the doctor will accurately diagnose the problem and then prescribe the appropriate medicine to treat the illness. Then you bring the prescription to the pharmacy, having faith that they will accurately read the prescription and put the correct medicine in the bottle for the patient. Then, you take the medication, having faith that as you follow the directions, you will feel better.
Now, we need to realize that sometimes, humans whom we trust will make mistakes, machines we trust will eventually malfunction, but God will never fail!
Isaiah 7 raises the question for Israel and Judah: Who do we trust? This question is one all of us need to answer.
